餐盒紙板和紙餐盒應(yīng)妥善保管，以防止雨、雪和地面潮氣的影響。

在常溫下用1000mL的量筒，量取相應(yīng)體積的水倒入紙餐盒中，大號(hào)餐盒600mL、中號(hào)餐盒500mL、小號(hào)餐盒400mL，目測應(yīng)無水溢出即為合格。

The large lunch box should have 600mL, the medium lunch box should have 500mL, and the small lunch box should have 400mL. If there is no water overflow, it is considered qualified.

將紙餐盒平放在紙板(或漿板)上，倒入溫度(90±5)℃、濃度約5%的NaCl水，再加甲基紅指示液1～2滴，高度不應(yīng)低于20mm。1h后將水倒出，觀察背面、兩側(cè)是否有滲漏痕跡，若沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏痕跡即為合格，反之判為不合格。

將(150±10)℃的食用油(花生油、豆油)，用瓷匙加(10±2)mL于紙餐盒中，再將紙餐盒放在一張餐巾紙上。1h后觀察餐巾紙上是否有油點(diǎn)，如無油點(diǎn)則為合格，反之為不合格。

Add (10 ± 2) mL of edible oil (peanut oil, soybean oil) at (150 ± 10) ℃ to a paper lunch box with a porcelain spoon, and then place the paper lunch box on a napkin. After 1 hour, observe if there are oil spots on the napkin. If there are no oil spots, it is considered qualified, and vice versa, it is considered unqualified.

A4負(fù)重性能試驗(yàn)

將紙餐盒平放在平板上蓋好盒蓋，用金屬尺測量紙餐盒的高度(連蓋)，精確至1mm。然后倒入漿砂混合物。蓋好盒蓋后，在上面放一塊200mm′200mm′3mm的平板玻璃。再將3kg砝碼置于平板玻璃中央，負(fù)重15s時(shí)立即取下砝碼及玻璃板，再精確測量上述高度。用下式計(jì)算試樣的負(fù)重性能值：
